To everyone interested in research,

We would like to cordially invite you to the 37th Research Colloquium. On Tuesday, 23 April at 5:30 pm, 

Aaron Brown, Associate Professor at Colorado State University, 

will give a lecture on "Harmony in Complexity: Leveraging Systems Thinking for Peacebuilding" in the foyer of the school at Bonhoeffer Straße 11.

In this talk, we will address the intricate web of relationships and system dynamics that influence peace and security. Through the application of systems thinking, we explore how interconnected systems shape our world and offer insights into tools and methods to better understand the interplay of political, social and environmental factors that can contribute to peacebuilding. We discuss how identifying leverage points in these systems can promote positive change and discuss practical strategies for peacebuilding at the intersection of complex systems.
